Future Cities and Cities that will Shape the Future

For the first time in human history more people now live in urban cities than in rural areas. The 192021 project from Richard Wurman, founder of the TED Conference, is a longitudinal research and sharing project focused around the rise of supercities in our world — in particular, the 19 cities that will each have more than 20 million inhabitants in the 21st century. The site is being constantly updated but even now it is a very useful resource as it has some really useful and stimulating visuals
